Access My Store Account

Logging in for the first time

1. Store accounts must be registered by a BioLEV admin. Contact BioLEV support to request your store account.

2. You will receive an invite by email to register your store account.

3. Click the Accept invitation link and follow the prompts to register your account.

   

Accessing your store account

1. Once registered, you access your store account at https://app.biolev.com/.

2. Enter your registered email address and password.

   

3. Once logged in, you can access:

   1. Customers - a dashboard to register and manage customers.
   2. Library - a collection of support documents.
   3. Support - a form to contact BioLEV using a secure channel.
   4. Settings - update your store information.
