Reset Your Account Password

To reset your password, navigate to the login page, click "Forgot password?", and follow the prompts to receive a reset code via email. Enter the code on the website and create a new password to regain access to your account.

  1. Go to the bioLEV login page at https://app.biolev.com/login.
  2. Enter your email address in the provided field and click the Continue button.
  3. On the password entry screen, locate and click the Forgot password? link.

  4. In the password reset window, click the Reset your password button to initiate the process.biolev_reset_password
  5. Check your email inbox for a message from Biolev containing a password reset code.
  6. Return to the Biolev website and enter the code you received in the designated field.biolev_reset_password_code
  7. Create a new password for your account:
    • Enter your new password in the first field
    • Re-enter the same password in the confirmation field
    • Ensure your new password meets any specified security requirements
  8. Click the Reset password button to finalize the process.biolev_new_password
  9. You should now be able to log in to your Biolev account using your email address and the newly created password.

Note: If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, you may need to contact Biolev support for further assistance.
