Understanding the Customer Table
The Customers Table in your BioLev dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your clients' genetic testing journey. This guide will walk you through the key components of the table, helping you efficiently manage and track each customer's progress from kit registration to results delivery.
The Customers Table
- Select the Customers menu item to access your customer’s details.
- Your customer table will contain the following headers:
- Name - the name and email address of the customer.
- Vial - the registered vial number from the customer’s genetic testing kit.
- Shipment Tracking Number - the number and link to the USPS shipment tracking webpage for the shipped vial.
- Status - the genetic testing kit processing status. Options include:
Registered
- the vial has been received and registered by the laboratory.Released
- the test results have been released by the store.
- Created At - when the customer portal account was first created.
- Onboarded - the status of the customer’s portal account. Options include:
- ❌ - The customer has not yet access their account.
- ✔️ - The customer has accessed their account successfully.
- Actions - additional actions you can take for this customer. Options include:
- Impersonate - view the customer’s test results.
- Refresh results - refresh the customer’s status.
How to View a Customer's Results
- Select the Customers menu item to access your customer’s details.
- Click the 3-dots under Actions.
- Click Impersonate.
