Submit a Support Inquiry to BioLEV
Store users can submit a support inquiry directly from within their BioLEV store account. Here we outline the steps to prepare and submit your inquiry to ensure a prompt and accurate response from our support team.
Preparing Your Inquiry
Before submitting your support inquiry, gather the following information to ensure a prompt and accurate response:
- Store point-of-contact name and email
- Customer details (if necessary)
- Inquiry question
Open the store support form

Login to your BioLEV store account.

Click Support in the main navigation menu.

Enter the store point-of-contact Name and Email.
Types of Support Inquiries
Choose the Type of inquiry to submit:
- General - any inquiry not directly related to a specific customer.
- Customer - you will select the customer from your Customers table.
Enter your question and submit
Clearly describe your issue or question, providing as much relevant detail as possible. This will help our support team address your concerns quickly and effectively. Remember, the more specific you are, the better we can assist you.
After entering all the required information, click Submit. Your inquiry will be sent directly to BioLEV's support team. We will review your request and respond via email as promptly as possible.
