Register a New Customer
Partner stores can register new customers in their online BioLev Store Account. This will send an invite to the customer by email to allow them register for their customer account.
Register a New Customer

Login to your BioLEV Store Account.

Navigate to the customer management dashboard.

Click Add Customer to begin.

Enter the following information:
- Full Name: The customer's first and last name
- Email Address: A valid email for communication and account verification
- Vial Number: The vial number as it appears on the testing kit
- Shipment Tracking Number: The tracking number of the shipment
- Phone: The customer's phone number
- Gender: The customer's gender
- Date of Birth: The customer's date of birth

Click Invite.

An invitation will be sent to the customer via email.
Track the Customer’s Onboarding
- When first registered, the customer Onboarded value will display ❌. This will change to ✔️ when the customer logs in to their Customer Portal Account for the first time.
- The customer’s Status value will display “Registered” after first created. This status will be updated as the sample is processed in the lab and results delivered.
